Established in 1837, Tiffany & Co. is a globally celebrated luxury jewelry retailer, known for its fine jewelry, watches, and premium accessories. Recently acquired by LVMH in January 2021, the company underwent a significant redesign initiative to enhance its heritage of delivering exceptional craftsmanship and customer experiences worldwide.Led and organized designers and consultants for multiple simultaneous retail projects across North America, Canada, and South America (Americas) and also managed the Global Standard Manual Development and updates. Conceptualized designs with a creative approach, focusing on design development, project reviews, quality and design control, and project communications. Collaborated with regional and corporate teams to identify strategic opportunities for Global Design initiatives and incorporated these learnings into the Standards Manual.Oversaw the Design Development sets, revising and redlining construction drawings as needed. Coordinated with internal partners, including CVM, Merchandising, Security, and IT, ensuring that design and operational standards were maintained and projects were completed within budget while upholding brand standards. As Collaborative Founder of DRA Studio, I took a break from Estée Lauder Companies, started an EMBA program, and worked on high-rise conceptual designs for developers across the U.S. and Brazil, from ideation to DD sets and CD integration.Collaborated with Laguna Development on a mixed-use project in the South of Brazil, integrating residential units, retail spaces, and a public park. The project aimed to create a cohesive urban environment with gyms, coworking areas, hospitality zones, green spaces, and cultural activities. Provided branding package, master plan, unit breakdowns, and schematic design package.Contributed to PEPSI's global rebrand, its first major update in 14 years, aligning physical branding with Pepsi's renewed identity across U.S. and international venues. Highlighted during events like the Super Bowl, this rebrand introduced a new logo inspired by Pepsi's historical design elements.Served as Consulting Principal for INK+ORO, a lifestyle and luxury brand specializing in distinctive residential and commercial interior design. Built and executed a West Coast expansion strategy for the Dallas-based firm, conducting a market assessment and financial forecasting to define a market entry strategy and visualize long-term profitability. Prepared and implemented a comprehensive business plan outlining cost-effective operations and market development activities. Strengthened the Los Angeles-based team by optimizing project execution and introducing new kickoff methods. Mentored team members to ensure seamless transitions to the West Coast market while overseeing project completion and meeting success metrics.Delivered creative consultancy to Sensory Interactive on digital innovation for interactive digital signs. Notably, spearheaded the first multi-brand retail concept for Estée Lauder conglomerate brands, experimenting with innovative design concepts to inform other such openings globally. Designed and led the new store design roll-out prototype for the Origins and Bobbi Brown brands in LATAM.Managed a team of 20 across design and construction, ensuring projects were executed successfully. Actively participated in design, review, and sign off of all documentation which includes surveys, designs, shop drawings, prototypes, and implementations for all brick and mortar stores in the LATAM region.
