I have been part of the the organisation responsible for the North Sea Jazz Festival. I was responsible for logistics for the whole festival, guests, location and artist. I was also responsible for the marketing part doing promotion, etc.

I worked in the front office where I was able to help our guests with all their needs. Ranging from check-ins/outs, sharing information about the hotel/city or any other wishes they had.
