Automated, maintained, and documented reporting processes, with an eye toward business continuity. Provided ad-hoc analyses and investigated data integrity questions from PVI auditors.

Greater Detroit Area

Part of a team that created, produced, and maintained over 200 automated reports (including inventory/sales, invoicing, actual/forecast vs business plan, prospect lists, exception items, etc.) & the required IT infrastructure to meet the business requirements of the internal and external customers of the SmartAuction (online vehicle remarketing) line of business. Also handed ad-hoc data queries and data governance duties for the same.

Detroit, Mi

Transferred from the Chicago regional office to corporate HQ to temporarily run the four different regional dealership bundling programs (PGS) until a new national program - Ally Dealer Rewards (ADR) could be developed. Then created, ran, and maintained the ADR database to pull the retail / wholesale / remarketing / insurance data and perform all necessary calculations to pay Ally's dealership customers multi-hundred millions yearly. Eventually worked with IT on the business logic and requirements to move the application from a desktop to an enterprise platform.

Chicago Regional Office

Among the first outside of corporate HQ to query the company data warehouse to create new PC based reporting for monitoring and driving all aspects of branch operations; a brand new regional position. No prior Microsoft Access or Excel experience; all self-taught. Developed databases to support PGS and other marketing initiatives, and handled ad-hoc requests to support the regional VP and directors for presentation decks. Trained and mentored the first branch IT specialists.
