Solstec is a service orientated entity providing IT consultancy services, hosting services, web development, and graphic design services in South Africa.

- Responsible for the management and support of a (primarily Microsoft) DevOps environment for a team of 50+ resources. The environment supports the development and maintenance of applications for several government departments in the social and criminal justice clusters. - Extensively involved in the architecture, implementation, management, monitoring, and documentation of systems supporting mainly Microsoft .NET applications throughout their lifecycle.- Troubleshooting. Through a broad knowledge of networks, server platforms, hosting, application management, scripting, web development, etc; I am able to provide value in most scenarios where applications / systems are misbehaving.- Developed strong working relationships with stakeholders both internal and external to the organization. Constant interaction with several technical teams was integral to the availability/performance of applications and their integration components.

- Network / Systems Administration. My roles included infrastructure provisioning / maintenance / server support, network support, and desktop support.- Exposure to Enterprise scanning technologies (Kofax, Knowledgelake), EDRMS (Meridio), and Microsoft SharePoint and became technically proficient in these technologies.
