I've been in the hospitality industry for 12+ years. Molded by the fine dining industry, I became accustomed to taking care of high profiled guests, and consistently exceeding their expectations. I grew up with a passion for fine arts, but segued into culinary arts and even started my own meal prepping business. I enjoy making something beautiful that was once a blank canvas. I also played hockey for 22 years; it taught me how to work with others and be an asset to a team on the ice and in life. I'm a loyal person and love my family and friends. My parents immigrated to the US from the Philippines and I am thankful for the opportunities they have provided me. Born and raised in Los Angeles! Currently live with my wife to be and our rescues; Cookie (cat) and LilyMae (doggy). I've always been a fitness enthusiast which helps me stay physically and mentally strong. Weight Lifting is my personal therapy to keep everything balanced. I strive to be a better version of myself every day. At the end of a long week, I like to sip slow on a nice glass of bourbon.
