Civil Engineering/Drafting Technologist
CurrentIntermediate design drafter specializing in complex corridor and earthworks modelling using both Civil3D and RoadENG design software packages. Responsible for designing and drafting complex engineering/construction drawings in a multi-disciplined environment, managing workloads and delegating tasks to others in a small team of design drafters, processing and interpretation of field surveys and reports. Routinely deals with tight deadlines associated with rapidly changing designs to accommodate problems or concerns identified on site during construction. Other responsibilities include the constant improvement of drafting standards, resources and procedures in order to streamline and increase the efficiency of, as well as provide support for the entire drafting team.
