As president leading four different commercial real estate and financial investment companies, I have developed over 100 commercial projects spanning from Alaska to Puerto Rico, as well as 15 shopping and mixed-use centers totaling about $1 Billion in project value, and have invested another $500 million in commercial property acquisitions. Currently developing a $50 million multifamily project and another $20 million in storage facilities and leading one of the largest brokerage firms in the Southeast US. Accomplished in leading or managing most functions of commercial real estate: development, acquisitions, finance, investments, capital market debt and equity raising, leasing, construction, joint venture structuring, creating alliance partnerships, legal negotiations, property management and accounting. Successfully conducted financial analysis, complex budgetary models, statistical analysis of cash flow and forecasts leading to the launch of seven new businesses or subsidiaries: Trammell Crow BTS, CorpRex, REStores, Northstar Advisory Group, SVN BlackStream Special Asset Group, Dmyterko & Wright and Streams Development.I honed my leadership skills at an early age, managing 100 people by the time I was 25 and launching my first start-up by 32. Having led a publicly traded REIT, large private multi-disciplined investment companies and my own privately-held firm, I have succeeded in a variety of structures and handled numerous challenges.
