Most recently, he has been a fractional CMO/DTC consultant and strategic advisor to over 50 companies in a wide range of categories: e-commerce, marketplaces, fitness, beauty, wellness, fashion, food, tech, telco, home, media and more. Prior, he led marketing and revenue generation for consumer brands including Levi's, ClassPass, and Mirror. Alex worked for digital marketing and branding agencies at the start of his career spanning consumer sectors and clients including Microsoft, T-Mobile, Skyy Spirits, and Neiman Marcus to name a few. In 2019, Alex was invited to join a class of Entrepreneurs in Residence (EIR) to work in Nike's innovation hub and startup incubator, Valiant Labs. Additionally, he is an Operating Advisor with January Ventures, a London-based early-stage venture fund focused on consumer tech & B2B SaaS. Alex is currently based in NYC but has also lived in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, Portland and worked temporarily in Singapore.
