This included maintaining a high standard of skills among employees to safeguard team culture and ensure consistent high performance across the organization. Additionally, implemented a formalized system for tracking Paid Time Off, streamlining administrative functions. I also enhanced the onboarding process for new employees, reducing administrative efforts related to employee file development, payroll setup, technology access, initial training, and introductions, thereby optimizing the onboarding experience.
