Managed through major additive transitions, such as the Dexos1 Gen3, developing new MOC tools to ensure effective preparation and avoid surprises.

Served as a Training and Technical Skills Development Lead for North America with key responsibilities of creating and developing new comprehensive training plans and best practices for North America technicians in order to respond to labor market trends. Internal consultant for virtual and on-site plant maintenance support. Audited and identified process gaps within low-performing production facilities; implemented strategic improvement plans within facilities. Led a line improvement technician implementation across 18 breweries and 96 production lines, increasing overall line efficiency by 9%.
