Forming part of a 7 strong team, I primarily supported two Relationship Directors with the management of existing portfolios and sizeable new business targets. Transactional responsibilities comprise involvement with credit papers, financial analysis of tenants, involvement with surveyors and facilitating completion of deals including negotiations with legal professionals. Other tasks involved customer service and working within the Bank's risk management policies.

Associate Director reporting to two Directors both with leveraged portfolios. Customers operate within a range of industries from timber manufacture to pharmaceutical specials production, both with and without private equity funding.Responsibilities include engagement in the credit process, detailed financial and industry research and writing reports for presentation to Credit teams. Following approval, my role is to liaise with legal professionals to document facilities with experience of LMA style documentation.

A similar role to my previous position, however I have been able to build on the property knowledge and skills I learned during my time within Portfolio Assurance and Advisory. I am undertaking a role revolving around a diverse portfolio of corporate clients from regional housebuilders to standard investment portfolios and national housing associations.

Working on a portfolio of corporate clients ranging from large private businesses to constituents of the FTSE 250. The portfolio was highly diverse in nature ranging from clothing manufacture to communications and engineering. The role provided the opportunity for credit analysis of sophisticated businesses with sizeable lending requirements.
