I’m a commercially focused, ACCA-qualified Chief Financial Officer with extensive experience designing financial strategy and driving strong financial performance for life sciences, medical devices and technology employers in start-up, established, PE-backed and US-listed environments. The breadth of my background means I’ve developed a versatile leadership toolkit, with significant expertise in commercial and operational decision-making in a wide range of environments, including start-up, development, international expansion growth, M&A activity, turnarounds and strategic change. As CFO of Axis Spine Technologies, I direct a best practice finance function, and am a key strategic player on an expert team creating products that provide meaningful improvements in patient care. As in earlier roles in my career, I have the privilege of helping to grow a business that makes a huge positive impact on patients’ lives.Earlier career achievements include establishing the operational, commercial and financial foundation at Zogenix that was key to a successful business sale in early 2022.
