Leading on the development of a cultural coalition across the council, its partners and the wider community to facilitate, enable and commission cultural projects to achieve the council’s cultural objectives and support local cultural partnerships to thrive whether these are specific (e.g. Local Cultural Education Partnership) or broader (the partners delivering the wider legacy).
