Taking a more entreprenorial aproach, consolidating from classical medical services to excelency in patient oriented healthcare. Leading a small local organization (120 employees) into a regional valued organization, expanding with 2 new locations in just 2 years, implementing People-Process-Performance systems through digitalisation and multidisciplinary approach.

Looking for a work-life balance improvement, I've accepted the role for having the operative responsability for 4 stores (400 employees in total).Main focus - transition from strategy to execution flow.

Responsible for defining and comunication of the strategy inside Sales organisation, having four main departments: Goods, Openings and Reorganisations, Articles placement, and Processes & KPI. Leading a team of 60 people with impact over 14.000 employees).

Making the transition from a split Supply Chain to an end-to-end integrated one, starting with sales forecast systems for the markets, stocks replenishment in the warehouse and leveling the volumes in the pipeline, leading a new team (50 people) for one main goal - continuous goods availability at shelf in the stores with minimum costs.

Discovering complexity, leading a team of 30 people, implementing LEAN aproaches in systems and processes into a continuously changing environment, responsible for the complete process chain in the market, from goods receiving to cash desk, I had the chance to lead a great team into a fast-forward changing VoC and VoB, for a leaner and better business.

I took the new responsability as my new great challenge. My next (almost) two years were going to mean for me a completly new experience regarding people and achievements. My main responsabilities were related to hot-period planning (Easter, August, EoY), discussions and agreements with national partners (Sales and Purchase departments) affecting the logistic processes, deliveries structure for each sortment, managing new shops (logistics part), planning inventory in logistics and other special events (for example downtimes) related with national partners, comunications between national and international departments, discussion with external partners (for example E&Y Audit Co). As Process Manager, i was managing the national and international procedures, process improvements, SAP processes and support, testing and implementation of international projects to national level, change requirements from national to international level, intermediation between Second Level Support and First Level Support SAP related, relationships with Sales Process Manager and Purchase Process Manager, relationships with Logistics Process Manager International Level and Logistics Process Manager National Level from other countries. My daily business was processes' performance improvements and costs reduction, based on national and international procedures, involving orizontally and vertically relationships.Along with supportive tools that I've developped in all departments involved in supply-chain and participating to international workshop of business improvements, I can mention some succesfull projects I've designed or where I was part of developping team:1. Starting as Project Manager at Kaufland Logistics, i have run projects under high time pressure, doing performance analyssis' and implemented new projects afterwards internationally appreciated. Among other analyssis' and projects such us Reorgantions of Warehouse Layout in all departments (Food & NonFood, Fresh Goods, Fruits and Vegetables), Hotdays, Inventory, Developpment of Tools for all departments for time optimization and costs reductions, i can say that the best three achievements are as followed:1.
