My name is Alexee Quintrequeo, and I am passionate about working hard in every job position I have filled. My passion has earned me managerial positions in each job I have entered as an entry-level employee. There are three things you should know about me:I love learning new skills and strengthening current ones. I am a visual learner, so when I enter a new job, I enjoy watching senior employees work. I am not afraid to ask clarifying questions if I don't understand something.I thrive in a fun and positive environment. I have learned that the more welcoming a work environment is, the more inclined employees are willing to put in their best effort. I enjoy making friends with whomever I work with and creating a pleasant environment through laughter and kindness.I am not afraid to set boundaries. As a manager, it is difficult to discipline someone for any reason. I have developed the ability to create strong relationships of trust and expectations with those I work with so that if there comes a time for hard conversations, everyone involved understands and accepts the procedures without negative feelings.
