• Manage all operational aspects of co-investment programs with tier-1 institutions in the credit space to invest in Europe and the US • Perform the evaluation, diligence and execution of diverse private credit opportunities originated by investment partners (Ares, Carlyle, Barings, BMO)• Play a key role in managing relationships with both internal and external parties• Work with the team in the due diligence of existing and prospective credit fund partnerships and drive negotiations with finance facilities providers• Portfolio management, quarterly valuations, financial and management reporting • Manage relationship with fund administrator & collateral manager, prepare and report borrowing base files, day to day cash management• Support growth initiatives and strategic projects by reviewing and helping implement efficient operating processes, as well help design portfolio management strategy for any new partnerships or asset classes

• Responsible for building out finance infrastructure which included hiring and training 7 direct reports, extended teams in international offices and outsourced service providers, focus on all aspects of finance, operations, and portfolio management of multi-asset class portfolio c. $15bn• Finance and operational set up of international offices in Brazil, Russia, and the USA• Supervise and manage the financial year-end audits. Liaise with auditors on audit planning and resolve audit issues in a timely manner• Provide financial advice for potential investments under different structures, jurisdictions, and foreign currencies impact• Work closely with the deal team on investment opportunities, disposals, and restructuring. Perform financial due diligence on investments in the pipeline and coordinate with external professionals (legal and tax)• Preparation of detailed long-term business plans and presentation to the platform CEO• Collaborate closely with the investment team on portfolio liquidity and cash flow management• Monthly oversight of investment portfolio performance, variances analysis, performance improvements initiatives• Drive efficiencies across the finance infrastructure, recommend policies and processes on areas that require improvement

• Responsible for multiple audits across various industries and geographies including real estate, investment companies, retail and consumer, primarily focused on oil and gas industry• Management and supervision of audit fieldwork, planning process, and risk management, interaction with client teams, presentation to the audit committee
