KoronaPay Europe Ltd an EMI (Electronic Money Institution) based in Cyprus and licensed by the Central Bank of Cyprus. Its core remittance corridors are from Western Europe to Middle Asia.Achievements1) Coached the Product Owner Team in Product Backlog scoring models which allowed to make desisions based on formal metrics2) Coached the Product Owner Team and engineering managers in Lean manufacturing, Kanban-method which allowed to increase the value stream effectivity. Lead time was reduced twice and throughut was increased on 30% in year 2023 to compare with 20223) Implemented the OKR-framework in some departments that led to decrease waste on 95% in year 2023 to compare with 2022 (waste here is about low-priority and non-priority Product Backlog Items) and also to increase the staff involving (based on staff's surveys)4) Implemented in KoronaPay the “Process as a Product” approach, which allowed to use PDCA-cycle for all process initiatives and measure the impact of these initiatives using key Value Stream metrics (Lead Time, TTM, Throughput) in short terms (from 2 weeks)

Achievements1) Implemented the redesign of KoronaPay Product family teams (400 engineers) into LeSS Huge Framework with one Product Backlog which allowed to increase the transparency of value stream for all KoronaPay products and decreased waste on 40% in year 2022 to compare with 20212) Coached teams in self-organization via Scrum-Values and some Scrum which allowed to reduce Queue time from 80% to 40%.3) Coached teams in Team-Collaboration pattern (Traveler, Multi-Team meetings, Leading team etc) which allowed to reduce the median of Lead Time for Product Backlog Items from 3 month to 21 days 4) Created a community of Scrum-masters which allowed to scale any agile initiatives in the whole Product group.5)As Engineering manager ran several major products in KoronaPay Money Transfers, including in KoronaPay Money Transfers Online (3 platforms (web, Android, iOS) with over 100,000 total daily transactions and 5,000,000+ new unique customers for the company.6) As People Manager achieved multiple growth of the development team (from 10 to 400)
