Applying my experience in Design-and-Construct of major buildings to represent BEULAH through the delivery of the exciting and unique STH BNK project. The project itself has been described as a ‘hyper-mixed use’ development which will create a new precinct of its own in Melbourne’s Southbank, with Apartments, Commercial, Retail, Hotel and Cultural elements, across 2 iconic twisting towers, and a common podium. Planning Permission (amended and updated April 2023) approves what will become Australia’s tallest building, the world’s tallest vertical garden, amidst an overall scheme of >320,000m2 GFA.The project has emerged from COVID with exceptionally strong apartment sales, keen financier and constructor interest, and approvals in hand. Preparations and arrangements for commencement are well underway.

Elizabeth North / Csl Hawara Project - Melbourne Cbd

APRIL 2021 > Construction leader, and senior management representative for Probuild's multiple contracts with PDG as developer, and CSL LIMITED as anchor tenant for the design and construct, and fitout of CSL's new global headquarters, encompassing Corporate Suites, Office space, research and development laboratories, and small-batch 'trial' clinical protein suite manufacturing facilities. Build value will exceed $450M when completed - due in stages for commissioning, certification and registration with OGTR, and TGA commencing Q4 2022.

Aurora Melbourne Central Project - Melbourne Cbd, Australia

2015 > 2019AURORA MELBOURNE CENTRAL (novated design and construct) *completed*~$438M build cost, super-tall residential development, which became the tallest building in Melbourne's CBD upon its top-out in April 2019, and its completion later the same year.Probuild Team leader for delivery of this unique project which extended from basement retail levels linking the adjacent sub-terranean Melbourne Central transit station, to the development, and rising 92 storeys to 286m where it meets Airspace height restrictions. 1204+ apartments of 'Owner-Occupier' to 'High Quality' standard, associated carparks, resident amenities, and a Serviced Apartment component were architecturally designed by Elenberg Fraser.The development was the first foray into the Australian property market for Malaysia's UEM Sunrise. Construction commenced on-site with demolition of the former multi-deck carpark structure in September 2015 and was completed and occupied in more than 5 separable portions, achieving and exceeding a challenging building programme, by the end of 2019.
