At Itirra I fully manage the development team and work with customers on getting things done right. I'm also personally deeply involved in all of our projects. Working full time I devote most of my time to Itirra's growth and customer satisfaction, as well as keeping the team motivated and eager to improve. My main responsibilities are project management, customer and developer retention, HR, strategic and financial planning.

After obtaining a couple of projects from friends and relatives, I co-founded a small web-shop that focused on the local Ukrainian market. It started with just three eager developers working on landing pages and corporate websites. While having implemented 50+ projects, I was always searching for our USP, meaning what actually made us unique. First it was the quality of the end product, then it was measurable effectiveness (high conversion/other metrics), but I ended up understanding that, though very important, none of these truly reflect what a business mainly wants from a technology vendor. It took 7+ years of trial and error to embrace that people want vendors to care about the projects they are working on, to be partners on achieving business goals. This opened up a new chapter for Itirra, when we started to filter inbound opportunities based on this criteria and built our HR and marketing around this unique concept. Growth, long term customer and developer relations is what followed.

AIDA is a HIPAA-compliant software platform focused on reducing the LOS (length of stay) by expediting the discharge process from hospitals to PAC (post-acute) facilities.My first experience with a funded startup and with the intricacies of HIPAA-compliant application development. I was truly amazed at how the development process can be influenced by investor relations as well as the B2B sales cycle. My part-time role as the director of product development at AIDA has provided countless insights, which have greatly enhanced my understanding of how to build software to achieve high ROI.

Vitagramma is a Ukrainian healthcare startup that automatically receives and processes lab result data from the largest lab network in Ukraine - Synevo (part of Medicover Group). Users enjoy free storage of their test results and personalized discounts while the lab gets a powerful instrument for remarketing and AI-based analytics. The company and product developed into one of the largest e-health solutions in the Ukraine with millions of registered users and a brand recognized by every 3rd citizen. Medicover Group acquired Vitagramma in 2021.As the product and the team grew, I moved to become the CTO and directly managed the engineering and analytical departments. This journey showed me the product-oriented approach to development as well as the importance of KPIs in the link between business and vendor relations.

When we started work on Vitagramma, I was basically a jack of all trades, focusing on the technical specs, architecture, and the actual implementation. At some point, I was even responsible for customer support for a couple of months which really opened my eyes to how people perceive the product. This was crucial for many improvements to the platform and for my understanding of the value of actual user feedback. This was the first truly large project in my career and I got to witness and influence all of the core stages of its growth.

After founding Itirra, we partnered with Gera-IT and worked on several projects together. Vadim and Maria (founders at Gera-IT) provided great insights on how to build and manage a software development company.

Started working part-time during my studies at the university. Worked on multiple projects as a Junior developer, utilizing a wide range of technologies. Began with Delphi (about 6 months), then Java (Struts/Spring/EJB for about 1 year), then built a client-side app with Flex (AS3).
