As office manager at the Breather Montreal HQ, I had the opportunity to be hands on in numerous miscellaneous jobs around the office. As I had already had the pleasure of interning at Breather I knew most of the employees and new how the culture and environment of Breather worked. At my time as office manager, I became knowledgeable in being a right-hand man to the CCO at breather as well as being available to all other employees whenever they needed my assistance.Some of my various tasks included: -Ordering all food for the Office-Ensuring any supplies be ready at hand when employees needed them-In charge of FedEx and mailing-Kept track of CCO receipts-Booked flights and hotels-Helped organize Christmas staff party-Ordering office furniture and making sure it was assembled promptly-made sure office was clean at all time- Keeping both kitchens stocked for employees at all timesThese are some of my many duties as office manager at breather which taught me a lot about being in three places at the same time, being organized, prioritizing and being efficient.
