About Alex Ellis

Having worked in Policing and Financial services I moved into Medical Recruitment in 2015. Since 2019, myself and my co-founder have been building our own Medical Recruitment Agency - BluePrint Medical.I have recruited roles from a junior level to senior level and managed all stages of the recruitment process including candidate sourcing, relationship management and client development. I have also been involved in setting budgets, finance, business strategy and higher level agreements.I currently specialise in providing urgent medical staffing solutions to over 140 public and private hospitals across Australia.
