This hybrid role is particularly relevant considering the trend that sees these two areas blend into one. Furthermore it sees me as customer champion for MINI in Australia, driving the marketing strategy to compliment a customer centric and first approach to all communications. This work has seen a significant uplift in sales in particular retention sales since I began in the role. Most recently I have led a project to launch a brand new and mobile first website for the MINI brand, which has also been rolled out across our complete dealer network. This website not only takes on the new refreshed brand CI but also importantly has a sophisticated suite of back-end platforms plugged in. This includes a CRM marketing automation platform integrated within all forms and a connection into the LinkedIn Lead Accelerator platform; a first in market for automotive here in Australia. Day to day I manage all performance network digital communications and our remarketing strategy, which includes a content focus to nurture prospects to the next stage of the buying process. The CRM element of my role focuses not only on the aforementioned automation strategy but also on the BTL communication strategy of the MINI brand, including all data and insight analysis so as to increase our loyalty sales going forward as well as enquiry target implementation and evaluation. The latter helps drive innovative and out-of-the-box solutions to any current business problems. Although this is just a snapshot of my current role, this fused opportunity as the CRM and Digital Marketing Manager has helped accelerate my personal and professional growth as the MINI brand continues to grow in the Australian market. -
