Managed a startup engineering consultancy focused on optical and material engineering initiatives. Managed business planning, development, and administration for innovative research, development, engineering, and consulting organization developing novel materials and material diagnostic technologies. Lead contracting and engagement with commercial clients for optical/optoelectronic engineering, photovoltaic, material engineering, and nano-technology development.

Managed the largest academic school on campus with four academic programs, thirteen instructors, and over three hundred students. Conducted interviews and made recommendations to the Dean regarding the selection, retention, and scheduling of faculty. Managed orientation, training, and development of faculty. Monitored student attendance and academic performance, maintained an average student attrition rate of only 4.2%, and collaborated to improve graduate employment outcomes.

Taught the Capstone Project, Linux, Databases, Programming of Logic Controllers, C Programming, and Network Security classes from approved curriculum and developed daily lesson plans to closely model real world scenarios.
