Partnered with the Exec to establish robust structures that enabled sustainable growth, optimised resource utilisation and cost effective operating models as part of an enterprise-wide transformation.• Partnered with Exec in a major OD (organisation design) review of the Technology & Product Operating Model including Product Management, Engineering and UX functions with the aims of standardising agile squad sizes, implementing new location strategy, and identifying significant cost reductions.• In parallel, I worked with CEO and Regional MDs to design a radical pivot to the operating model for the 2 super-regions. The to-be organisation design enabled significant revenue growth as well as a more efficient multi-client service model and better use of offshore shared resources.
