Worked with global/regional team to support market development in Indonesia & Southeast Asia markets.-Co-authored project proposals concerning category brand valuation, consumers behavior in urban and rural areas and competitive analysis for leading FMCG companies for £100K.-Forecasted a yearly/quarterly of beverage consumption for Tetra Pak International while evaluating beverage distribution and packaging performance in Indonesia and the Southeast Asia markets.

-Hired by the senior advisor/vice minister of Coordinating Ministry of Economic Affairs to host aggressive trade and investment policy launch after the IMF loan program ended. Liaised with key stakeholders. Supervised a team of eight.-Delivered a 12-month economic policy matrix project entitled “Economic Focus Program 2008 – 2009”. All projects phases on target for November delivery – on schedule and within budget parameters. This program received official approval from the Office of the President of Indonesia.-Reviewed, edited, organized and resolved international consultant’s report on Micro-Finance Study: “Enhancement of the Role of Credit Insurance Institutions for Rural Development in Indonesia.”-Incorporated a partnership strategy with a global communications firm to sustain the Ministry of Finance leadership to conduct effective media relations or public outreach. The partnership led to a two-day training and workshop in August, 2008.

-Retained by managing partners to execute strategies to expand the development project pipeline for business consultancy. Collaborated with regional team to support client’s operations in Asia-Pacific.-Co-authored project proposals concerning wireless market strategy and projection for potential $300K contract with Indonesia’s state-owned company.-Conceived competitive strategy for Fortune 500 clients to increase profitability within the changing consumers/industrial goods and media & entertainment markets.-Co-authored a report entitled “The 2007 Asia Business Vitality Index” covering four sectors: consumer goods, chemicals, supply chain/logistics, and telco which outlined potential growth in Indonesia and Asia-Pacific.

-Evaluated, analyzed and synthesize open-source information for the purpose of producing intelligence products for executives on competitive tenders, M&A, expansion, country risk, and divestments.
