Helped for structuring international developing projects.

I was responsible for real estate and private equity investments (including the restructuring of the bank’s toxic assets). We have created a Real Estate and Private Equity business with a great portfolio (more than 50 projects in RE and more than 10 in PE). We started developing 700 hectares of land. Some of our projects were successfully sold in 2011 and 2012.

Helped Inteco to arrange the investment and the asset management processes. I turned Inteco’s collection of assets into a manageable Portfolio. We ran the biggest Investment Fund in Russia, «Continental». Also we organised and started new real estate projects in the Rostov and Krasnodar regions.

We built the biggest and coolest asset management business in Russia and the best Russian private bank and multi-family office. Net Asset Value exceeded 6 bln.$. We were the first to start Investment Funds’ retail sales all over Russia. In Private Equity we successfully started and finished several projects.

Was responsible for all operations of Conversbank in Currency, Depo and Debt markets and Treasury supporting of investments at MDM. We applied the first system in Russia that reported book assets and real P/L as well as current balance on-line.
