Process modifications: analysis and preparation of proposals in cooperation with internal departments, Customer, trial tets of supplied parts on customer site, analysis of implemented tests and evaluation of possible changes together with production, quality and customer.Coordination of implementation of internal and external engineering changes.Optimization of technological processes: monitoring, analysis and updating of production parameters, monitoring, analysis of production results for possible improvements, creation of action plans for critical points in cooperation with technical and production departments.Communication with suppliers - invoicing, tracking of complaints. Coordination the actions with suppliers on nonconforming components, coordination of compensations.Communication with customers: participation in regular meetings with customers, report on corrective actions; preparation of 8D reports, communication with incoming control of customer; tracking the status of rejections on customer portals.Update of complaint data packages: PFMEA; CP, work and time instructions, PSW, PPAP in case of changes.Creating PPAP to customer requirements; track the status of parts during project launch; participate in project meetings; participate in development of improvement activities.Documentation and audits in accordance with ISO/TS 16949.Preparation of reports on internal indicators (KPI), planning the work of Department, passing of internal and external audits.
