Luzhniki factory industrial engineering manager (Manager of factory team responsible for production efficiency; strategy planning and business development) - Lead development of tools, processes and systems to enable Supply Division/Factory cost effective operation at required customer service level- Provide source of independent and objective analytical support to enable effective decision-making and strategy development within Supply Division- Develop effective Supply solutions within local and global network- CapEx management within 1-3years horizon, capital projects preparation and approval within corporate standards and requirements- Business cases evaluation, justification, present to MT- Actively search and evaluate business opportunities within the segment and develop recommendations in order to drive segment- Manufacturing capabilities and capacities managementStrategic and operating planning processes (physical and financial parameters)- Reporting system and processes development to drive improvement of supply chain performance (including new KPI's development and implementation)- New marketing and business activities evaluation from Supply point of view
