During my work at Professional Solutions I had the most impressive experience in making solutions ground up. Here I could test all the new features of HTML5/CSS3 in production. Also I renewed my workflow due to the new features of Adobe Photoshop CC so it became more effective.Right now I keep connection and work with team as a UX/UI designer upon request.Major Projects: 1) ReverseVision RVX (2013-2015) - B2B desktop application for reverse mortgage services in USA (loans origination, calculations, document services). During my work we have partially rebuilded interface to make it more consistent, refreshed app icon set and also made new screens.2) ReverseVision RVSA (2014-2015) - web application based on RVX structure and CRM functionality with certain simplification for mobile/tablet devices use. This web app was made from scratch. Alpha version was started with high compatibility for use on touch devices (based on official recommendations). Whole interface was reviewed and transformed into visual framework, so new pages were created almost on the fly.3) Lot24.by (2013 - 2015) - B2C, B2B service for finding and selling new and used spare parts for all types of motorized vehicles.This service was also made from the scratch. Current set is about 100+ pages, 80 unique icons. Final UI has framework structure, has basic documentation and easy to reproduce.4) Leapwork (2015-2018). Successfully trained about 40 students since very beginning. Complete course includes several modules and gives basic knowledge of how to start business in design. It was short-time but very interesting experience to work in startup that gave me fresh vision of how the team of qualified people may fulfill tasks. I was working as a mid-level designer bringing UX expertise into the project and improving existing interfaces and user workflows. I was leading the team of UI designers and front-end developers that supported national web portals for 5 countries (Belarus, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Nigeria) with about 20 B2B / B2C directions each.
