The SharePoint Practice is an internal unit at Reksoft Ltd, is in charge of the development and support of Microsoft SharePoint based solutions and related platforms/technologies like MS Unified Communications, Microsoft BI, etc.Running programs and projects: from presale, contracting, project setup, analysis, design, development, testing, integration, deployment, acceptance, support, till handover and closure. Includes scheduling program/project goals, milestones and deliverables, contingency planning and risk management.Overseeing and directing the practice including:- Recruitment, selection, and on-boarding.- Organizational design and development (team structure).- Training and development (learning management).- Managing conflicts within the different groups.- Performance and conduct management (KPI, team assessment and evaluations).- Budget execution.Key technologies: .NET Framework, MS SharePoint 2007/2010/2013, MS Project Server 2010, MS SQL 2005/2008, MS Exchange 2007, MOCS/Lync 2007/2010, Microsoft BI, MS Hyper-V.
