-perform routine Enhanced Due Diligence reviews on the firm's highest-risk customers from an AML (anti-money laundering) perspective-review AML-related negative news, cashiering activity, trading activity, KYC information, and source of wealth-perform risk mitigation on individual accounts, trusts, prop trading firms, advisory firms, investment vehicles, and hedge funds-conduct adhoc AML investigations and consider SAR filings if appropriate

-Act as liaison to Interactive Broker's top-tier customers, with a focus on financial advisors-Handle trade allocation issues, account management and funding, portfolio rebalancing, product (cash market, equities and derivatives) and exchange knowledge (global), technical services, securities regulations, trading software tutorials, and client onboarding-Transferable skills: client service, brokerage services, equities, futures, options, forex, crypto, trading, call center
