I created thought leadership pieces, speeches and scripts for health industry leaders. I also produced content concepts, structures and solutions that responded to a variety of internal and external briefs, helped to champion editorial writing quality within the team and worked with more junior team members to upskill them on writing, content development.

I steered content direction and created copy for all areas of this pioneering company with a ground-breaking approach to healthcare. As their chief writer, it was my mission to make sure content was not only scientifically accurate and up to date with the latest medical research, but punchy, clear, and entertaining too.

I created editorial content that supported the School’s strategy across all their media channels, including international newspapers and magazines, news websites and trade press. I also produced marketing collateral befitting of a top-ten business school—matching the standard of FTSE 100-level corporate organisations—with measurable and provable impact.

I managed Scope’s internal communications channels, including the intranet and several staff and stakeholder magazines.I also created and managed content for over 3,500 staff (print, digital, and film), and created and delivered internal communications plans.

May 2014 – June 2014: Monash District CouncilWeb writer (freelance) Developed a style guide and new tone of voice for website re-launch.

Redesigned and re-launched the flagship staff magazine to fulfil the organisation’s business aims and increase readership. Also wrote and designed weekly online business news pages for the Blood Service’s 500 plus managers.

I was brought into this public sector organisation to edit and produce their annual report. This included editing text, fact checking, liaising with authors and managing print and distribution.
