For 10 months prior to setting up Lime, Kelly and I were Proto-Digital Nomads. Travelling around the world, with a strong focus on South America, we blogged (although it was all from internet cafes because the iPhone was only launched 3 months before we set off), took selfies (which weren't even called selfies then, so we called them 'Kelly and Alex specials') and never even thought about making money from our new-found skills as no-one had monetised blogging/vlogging/social at that point.
