I am primarily responsible for leading the company's efforts to create a collaborative company culture that delivers innovation at scale. I oversee Invitae's proprietary talent management system, ORG1 (www.org1.io). The system aims to bring data-informed decision-making to bear on performance management and compensation. ORG1 is now supporting an organization of thousands of Invitae employees driving explosive growth for the company. I am deeply passionate about using technology to align individual and team incentives with those of the company as a whole, maintaining a corporate structure and culture that's optimized for innovation at an ever-increasing scale and complexity.
