Objective: To understand thermal transport in two-dimensional (2D) materials, like MoS2 and graphene, using atomistic simulations. This includes studies on the changes in thermal transport properties when 2D materials are at an interface with other 2D or three-dimensional materials. The studies on effects of interfaces allows us to model properties in more realistic, device-like configurations.
