The success of this project was acknowledged by Ofsted who inspected the organisation in July 2010 and awarded us a Grade 2 (Good).• Successfully delivering Mentoring contracts in partnership with Aimhigher MKOB for 5 years (2006-2011), engaging over 100 young people from lower socio-economic backgrounds and supporting the aspirations into Further and Higher Education.• Learner Support Team awarded Matrix Standard accreditation in October 2008 in recognition of our good working practices when providing information, advice and guidance to our customers.Following a company-wide restructuring process, the Learner Support Team was merged with other functions of the business and I moved into an Account Manager role.
