This started out as a good job in a struggling company.It turned into a nightmare with no support, no pay, and no management skills.

Cherry Hill, New Jersey

Initially the position was to salvage a failing department.The department was derelict and the clients were outraged.On arrival, there were 12 orders placed...all of which were more than 2 weeks overdue.After stabilizing the orders and the department, the focus was on improving public perception with the clients and expanding the market and services.Within 6 months the department went from doing 20-30 orders per month, to over 150.Within 1 year the department was processing more than 300 orders per month.At the end of 1 1/2 years it was over 500 orders per month, more than 40 different products/services available, and training programs were being developed for clients.Until May of 2004, the entire department had only 1 person working.
