The Combined Authority for Cambridgeshire and Peterborough has £100 million to invest in new affordable homes. I managed this Affordable Housing Programme through the whole lifecycle - seeking opportunities and partnerships, bringing new proposals to Board, monitoring performance and reporting on progress to Government. Together with Cambridge City Council's ringfenced £70 million programme, the authorities have to deliver at least 2,500 new affordable homes by 2022.

Managed the Combined Authority’s £100m Affordable Housing programme as part of the Housing and Development Team, and acted as lead Officer for the LEP's £160m Growth Funds.

Managed GCGP's investment in growth using loan funding via Growing Places Fund and loans and grants through the Growth Deal, together worth around £160m. Worked with public and private sector partners to drive future investment in the context of devolution in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
