Education - A relationship doesn't get stronger when there isn't much value coming from it. It's important that you educate yourself on as many things as possible, especially your business, your competition, and your customers, and then share that knowledge with those you build relationships with.3). Data - Always cite your sources, and data helps do just that. Data justifies the knowledge you provide, and gives you, and those you have relationships with, the ammo to make calculated business decisions.
