Wage administration- Responsible for wage administration in the plant- Advice and support all departments in the plant in wage administration- ....4. Cross functions- Contact to central departments in Germany- Contact to labour union and works council- Advice and support plant manager and head of departments- Continuing education for employee in wage administration and Industrial Engineering- Planning and checking projects for cost savings
