I have worked with stakeholders at all levels including contractors, management consultants, VPs and EVPs, UI/UX experts, data engineers and data scientists as part of development teams in Agile, SCRUM and Waterfall. I have received my training from consultants and directors from the Big 4 firms and MBB while also becoming certified through internal courses at Shell.As a tech professional, I managed the development of various features for a few digital accelerator projects from the ideation phase towards mass production to over 1k users in Shell and bringing over $20M annual savings to wider Shell. Being involved in the initial user research studies, design sprints, persona mapping, user journey creation and prototyping, helped to form solid UX experience and design thinking capabilities. In March 2020 I have joined the software development company, Endava, as a Senior Delivery Manager where I have led SAFe teams deliver innovative solutions for Europe's and Middle East's largest Fintechs. Currently, I am the CPO & Advisor at Swif, an AI driven rewards & loyalty startup, in the founders team and the Head of Product at Pyypl.As an investor, I manage my angel fintech portfolio since the age of 19 in the digital banking and financial ventures niche where I had successful exits from leading UK unicorns such as Revolut, TransferGo, PaySend and other. I primarily invest in early stage startups and VC-backed fintech businesses.As an entrepreneur, I have created a few ventures in the fields of financial technology, venture capital and real estate. My most notorious one is Agora Homes, a property management company in Bali that has been top ranked on all booking websites and has maintained an AirBnB Superhost status for over 3 years.
