I am also the founding Executive Director of the 3CL Foundation, advocating for the responsible use of digital technologies in education and beyond.In my consultancy practice, I collaborate with governments, corporations, and international bodies, including the European Commission, leading transformative digital initiatives. I serve on the strategic committee of DC4EU under the Digital Europe programme, helping to steer groundbreaking projects across Europe’s digital landscape.My professional journey began in multinational, corporate environments within ICT and telecoms, transitioning into consultancy and strategic leadership across public sector reform, fintech, tourism, and culture. Key roles include founding Chairman of Heritage Malta, drafting the blueprint for digital education accreditation, and leading a nation-state project on Blockchain credentials. My clients have included the EC, the ILO, Ericsson and the Mastercard Foundation.I currently sit on the boards of the Centre for Distributed Ledger Technologies and the Centre for Liberal Arts & Sciences at the University of Malta.
