Developed solutions to improve product performance through in-depth analysis of avionics failure investigations in UAVs and planned corrective actions in response to those failures.• Responsible for managing all avionics failure analysis investigations for the Army's UAV program, including materials and process failures, electrical failures, software failures, and system-level failures.• Managed and closed 300+ failure investigations of Army aircraft avionics in a technologically demanding environment.• Achieved 100% acceptance rate of all conclusions and correction proposals in weekly customer presentations, effectively communicating crucial information to key stakeholders.• Launched new testing protocols to address emerging problems and implemented corrective actions improving product performance in the field. • Conducted market research to identify customer needs and managed product areas including avionics, cables, power systems, and propulsion-specific assemblies.• Managed a team of technicians and engineers through life cycle of system analysis.

Developed and launched proprietary wearable sensor technologies in the APEC markets.• The product transitioned from prototyping through DFM and launch successfully, overcoming a number of design and manufacturing failures in the process. • The products ultimately received grant awards, multiple design awards, won the Demo China contest, and was launched successfully.

Responsible for the successful launch of multiple health tech products.
