Here, I was leading and advancing the inception and growth of the Digital Business Transformation practice within a well-established 24-year-old consulting firm. Member of the senior executive leadership team heading the $1.5B transformation of a 120-year-old data company into a thriving technology enterprise.➥Spearheaded an end-to-end cloud transformation for corporate technologies delivering on the three-year roadmap, partnered with peers to create the long-term strategy driving sustainability and Led the cloud transformation to migrate 200+ applications to GCP and AWS and to decommission over 350 platforms, enabling a lower run rate for the enterprise, increased security, and more scalable solutions.➥Directed the end-to-end digital transformation of: global employee enablement and engineering, financial systems, data transfer and API services, regulated business platforms, enterprise data and analytics, sales & marketing/CRM, risk and compliance, HCM, legal & compliance, privacy, and more.➥Sponsored and led the pilot program to increase the percentage of women in leadership roles by providing 15 senior director level women experiences and exposure with senior leaders; program has since been rolled out enterprise wide.

In this position, I performed in a key executive position leading the growth of the total information technology division by building the organization from ground zero.
