As the General Manager of Habitat Communications, I oversaw all aspects of the business and was recruited to position it for launch in the market. As the most senior leader, I created the company’s business and strategic plan, established its organisational structure and managed a significant budget to drive profitable business outcomes. A key focus of my work was leading capital raising and investment initiatives to secure critical funding that was instrumental in supporting the company’s initial launch and international expansion. In particular, I positioned the business for a successful launch into the UK market, which opened up new revenue and growth opportunities for the business.

As the Sales Director, I managed the company’s expansion into the B2B media landscape, underpinned by the introduction of success metrics across three key pillars of small business, SME and enterprise. I led the expansion of the team from 4 to 11, bringing the right people into the business and supporting them to achieve exceptional results. One of the key projects that I led was the establishment of the company’s Cadet Program, delivering $3.5 million in new revenue. With my exceptional interpersonal skills, I was able to negotiate highly profitable, strategic partnerships with Zoom, Koala, Bank of China, PWC, Toyota, Deloitte, Salesforce and Facebook.

Ooh! Media recruited me to manage the expansion of the company's Direct Revenue function across its Enterprise client base. With my wealth of industry experience, I was ideally positioned to empower the company in targeting its major competitor – JCD – by creating a unique offering and value proposition that transitioned significant competitor revenue over to the company. I delivered revenue growth of over 300% during a four-year period, including targeting new revenue that had previously not been spent on out-of-home advertising.
