Examus is a leading online-proctoring service in Russia, enhancing the process of online exams. It works both in licensing and SaaS models. Examus supervises and explores student’s behavior during the learning process and manages the online examination. Examus captures video from students' web-camera and desktop, and later human proctors or automated algorithms [based on neural network and machine learning technologies] review all the data.Examus deals with the leading Russian universities (including several from THE top-100), corporate universities (including one, owned by the biggest russian bank) and independent educational companies. Responsible for a full range of activities that will ensure the operational effectiveness and excellence of the business: managing developers and QA team, identifying customers' business requirements, providing competitors analysis and system analysis to create tasks for developers. Also, the customer support was my responsibility. Participate in market forecast analysis and creation of business documentation - MRD, and docs of NPI.

SimpleReport is a technical solution for control and managing remote personnel. Customer creates task in web-interface, employee gets it in Android-app, do the job and confirms the outcome by photo with verified by SimpleReport geotag, timestamp etc.
