I am currently working under a temporary contract at JCB Finance within the Structured Finance department, helping with a wide variety of Finance & Admin based tasks. Throughout the last couple of months, I have been aiding the team with moving to become a paperless department in the midst of a global pandemic, logging many files and documents onto an innovative and fully online platform. Not only that, but helping to amend and organise many of their current and extension contracts/leasings in Structured Finance, giving me some key knowledge and expertise within the area.

Working as a customer service assistant for Sitel and the NHS Test & Trace system. Making up to 70 daily calls to people currently isolating at home, whilst developing multi-tasking skills working with many different operating systems to create clear and concise notes for NHS professionals. I was able to develop an excellent telephone manner and gain some experience in dealing with a range of varying callers and adapting to their ever changing needs.

Whilst working at SIRC, I worked with numerous National and Local level clients (Sport Wales and Sheffield City Council) on numerous projects. This allowed me to develop my communication skills and understand the intricacies of client satisfaction with high-quality outputs and clear and constant communication. I gained experience in the preparation for economic impact studies for large sporting events, such as; 2020 London Marathon, Europa League Final 2020 and many more events. Preparing questionnaires and being involved in careful planning to ensure the projects and contracts were delivered to the customer at the highest of levels and customer service.
