I’m an IT Professional with extensive experience in Helpdesk, software testing and IT service management (ITSM) areas.I led the IT Service Management process implementation for HSBC. In this role I was focused on advising the teams in Canada, US, Mexico, Brazil and Argentina on how best to use industry standards in managing IT system restoration. Successes included implementing and deploying integrated tools and processes that generated positive results in service recovery over the years.
