-Maintained local and wide area network infrastructure.-Expanded network to remote facilities in 4 different states.-Stabilized a very unstable network and minimized the presence of heterogeneous networks supported in the enterprise. The network was composed of 3 token ring network segments, Ethernet, Thick net, Broadband, Radio Frequency, and a hybrid solution of multiplexers, coax cables and fiber optics. These networks were interconnected through 9 local facilities and 6 to 8 miles of fiber optic cabling. Within 6 months the network was stable and well documented.-Upgraded 2 large Radio Frequency (RF) networks and RF devices. Also converted RF controllers to 10baseT Ethernet, thereby eliminating the Thicknet network segment.
