Working for one of the largest UK Home Textiles companies, I manage a number of home linens Concessions in the UK and Ireland. My responsibilities are dictated by the needs of each individual concession and cover all aspects of the day to day management of these stores including: department design, branding, staff-training, maintaining and planning stock and pricing. I also author our standard contracts and liase with our Directors to oversee the concession business as a whole.It takes a thorough understanding of our company strategies and products and a similarly keen interest in each individual store, their goals and aims and their customer profiles. I enjoy each part of improving the concessions individually, and seeing them flourish as a result. The key to successfully growing my accounts has been friendly communication, a willingness to get stuck in and the desire to constantly improve even the smallest of details.

In my role as Concessions Executive I managed all aspects of the day-to-day management of our UK Concession business, a role that has evolved into my newer position having grown our turnover on each account and developed more efficient methods of working and communication between teams within Turner Bianca and our partner stores.

Working for one of the largest UK Home Textiles companies, I was responsible for designing, creating, installing and seasonally refreshing large departments and display spaces within department stores and individual retailers. Incorporating planograms for product, branding, stories and concepts tailored to each space. I have worked directly with brands such as Cath Kidston, Disney, Accessorize, Jigsaw and Anorak to provide them with guidelines for display within their own stores and their stockists. Developing from concept to completion, store spaces in the UK, Ireland, Spain, Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Stores include John Lewis, House of Fraser, Debenhams and BHS.

In this role I have worked with and for brands including Cath Kidston, Anorak, Accessorize and Jigsaw to design, create and service feature displays within House of Fraser, John Lewis, Harrods and larger independent stores. I also coordinated and installed graphics for in store displays and handled new store openings within the home textiles industry. A communicative role which involved a lot of interaction with customers, store staff, managers and brand directors.

In this role I was responsible for generating new leads and servicing existing accounts for a funky Danish lifestyle brand, who produce a range of melamine, toys, homeware and accessories.
